Young Man dies after falling from balcony in jaipur, Case of unintentional murder registered.
A young man died in Jaipur after falling from the second floor while plastering the balcony. He suffered serious head injuries and died during treatment. The police have handed over the body to the relatives after conducting the post-mortem. The father of the deceased has filed a case of murder against the house owner. The victim was working as a plasterer for the past 10 years.
He was working on the balcony of a house on March 1st when the accident happened. At around 3 pm, while working on the balcony, Santosh lost his balance and fell to the ground. He suffered a serious head injury and was admitted to the hospital, where he passed away during treatment.
The father of the deceased, Rajkumar, has filed a case of unintentional murder against the owner of the building, Vishnu Harijan. He alleges that his son had warned Harijan about the danger of working on the balcony without proper safety measures. Harijan reportedly told Santosh not to worry and assured him that he would take care of everything. He then instructed Santosh to continue the plaster work, and Santosh fell as a result of inadequate safety measures.
The building owner has been accused of negligence, and the case is being investigated as a case of unintentional murder.
