Jaipur, 10 July: The 10 pillars for sustainable and inclusive development, announced in Rajasthan Budget today, laid the roadmap for Viksit Rajasthan said Ashok Kajaria, Chairman, FICCI Rajasthan State Council & CMD, Kajaria Ceramics Ltd. The new Industrial Policy, Export Promotion Policy, Warehousing & Logistics Policy, MSME Policy and Textile Policy would strengthen the policy framework for accelerated industrial growth and development. Defense Manufacturing Hub, Petrozone, theme based industrial parks and 50 clusters would help in attracting investments in the State, he added.
Rajasthan Heritage Conservation & Development Authority is a great initiative towards conserving the rich heritage of Rajasthan and it would provide a renewed thrust to rural tourism and development of lesser known destinations said Surendra Singh Shekhawat, Co-Chairman, FICCI Rajasthan State Council & Chairman, Shahpura Hotels. Rajasthan Mandapam, Rajasthan Tourism Development Board, impetus on wedding tourism and thrust on infrastructure development are commendable initiatives which would lead to the development of tourism with multiplier effect on employment and entrepreneurship, he added.

The budget has something for everyone with focus on development of infrastructure like 9 greenfield expressways, airport at Kota, capacity enhancement of Jaipur airport, ERCP, warehouse development, etc would have a positive effect on the growth of Rajasthan, he added.
