Sushmita's workout with daughter and ex-boyfriend

Actress Sushmita Sen shared a video on social media on April 5, in which she is seen working out. Her daughter Alisha and ex-boyfriend Rohman Shawl are also seen accompanying her during the workout. Last month, Sushmita had shared information about her heart attack and after getting permission from the cardiologist following angioplasty, she started working out again.

In her latest post, Sushmita has revealed that she has been given permission to work out even more after 36 days and she will soon start shooting for Arya 3 in Jaipur. Not only that, Sushmita thanked her daughter Alisha and ex-boyfriend Rohman Shawl for boosting their morale.

Sharing the yoga video, Sushmita wrote, "Wish is the only way. 36 days have passed. I have been given permission to train even more. I am leaving for the shooting of Arya in Jaipur soon." Sushmita further wrote, "These people are very close to me, who are with me and are helping me to bring me back to my zone. Lots of kisses to Alisha and Rohman, I love you all very much."
