Polo team from Jaipur creates history by winning 19 out of 24 tournaments in 2022-23 season
The Achievers Polo Team of Jaipur has created history in the Indian Polo Association Polo calendar for 2022-23 by winning 19 out of 24 tournaments played so far. No other team in the history of Indian Polo has achieved such consistent success over the past 5 years. The team has won all three Open tournaments played this season, namely the Indian Open National Championship, Northern India Open Championship, and Jaipur Open Championship, as well as most major tournaments in Delhi, Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Mumbai.
Co-owner and promoter Vikram Singh Rathore of the Achievers Polo Team shared this information with the media during a press conference in Jaipur on Friday. Rathore stated that the Achievers team has become the only team in Indian Polo history to win the Indian Open consistently for the past five years. The only other team that comes close to this team in terms of performance and results is the famous Jaipur Tigers, which won most major polo tournaments in the 1932-33 polo season under the leadership of the late Maharaja Sawai Man Singh of Jaipur.
Co-owners and promoters of the Achievers Polo Team are Parul Rai from Delhi and Vikram Rathore from Jaipur, who have been supporting the team in all tournaments held in Delhi, Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Mumbai for the past 10 years."
