Jaipur, 19 November : The poetry collection, 'Tum Thakur Mere' by author Anshu Harsh was officially launched in a event at Ashok Club, Jaipur. The session was held in collaboration with Shakti Foundation, an organisation dedicated to the holistic development of rural children, women, and youth, as well as the urban poor. The session brought together literature enthusiasts and art lovers for an evening celebrating spirituality and creative expression.
The event was enriched by Anshu Harsh’s recitation of select verses from the collection, accompanied by soulful music performed by young artists, Mahima Choudhary and Tanmay Saxena. The fusion of poetry and music created a deeply immersive experience, resonating with the audience on an emotional and spiritual level.
Talking about her new poetry collection, Anshu said that 'Tum Thakur Mere' explores the deep spiritual connection between the poet and the divine. The collection highlights the author's exclusive reverence for Lord Hanuman, weaving themes of trust, surrender, and introspection.
The session was followed by a Q&A session followed, where the author elaborated on the inspiration behind Tum Thakur Mere and her journey as a poet.
Anshu Harsh is the Publisher and Editor of Rajasthan’s first bilingual monthly lifestyle magazine, Simply Jaipur. Apart from her latest poetry collection, her literary contributions include three Hindi poetry collections: Shabdon Ka Samandar, Samandar: The Ocean, and The Platonic Love. She has also authored the highly regarded 'Mahabharat Ke Hanuman' in 2023.
