Grade 3 teachers to be transferred before elections

Grade three teachers in Rajasthan who have been awaiting transfers for the past seven years may soon receive relief. In a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today, discussions will be held on a new transfer policy.
It is believed that after the ban on transfers is lifted in the election year, teachers' transfers will be completed by July. Education Minister B.D. Kalla revealed that a transfer policy has already been drafted and sent to the personnel department.
Some objections were raised regarding the policy, but they have been addressed. Once the Chief Minister approves it, grade three teachers will also be transferred.
Kalla added that they have studied transfer policies across the country and prepared a new policy that will prioritize physically challenged and women teachers in the initial phase.
After that, the policy will focus on addressing the problems and needs of teachers to ensure smooth transfers. Last year, during a feedback meeting with the Chief Minister and ministers, Congress' state president Sachin Pilot agreed to transfer grade three teachers.
