'ENCODE' Design Program Organized by Center for Design Excellence
The Center for Design Excellence hosted 'ENCODE,' a one-day design program, on Saturday at Jawahar Kala Kendra, JLN Road, Jaipur.

Jaipur: The Center for Design Excellence hosted "ENCODE," a one-day design program, on Saturday at Jawahar Kala Kendra, JLN Road, Jaipur. The event featured seminars, workshops, and various activities focused on key aspects of fashion design, innovation, and industry-related topics. ENCODE showcased the diverse facets of fashion through "Decode," along with placement drives, designer runway shows, and engaging events that captivated both audiences and participants.
Organizers Gauri Sharma Tikku (Head Growth Officer), Astha Chhajed (Head Operating Officer), and Garima Agarwal (Academic Head) explained that ENCODE serves as a unique platform connecting young designers to the design industry while creating new career opportunities. Over 500 emerging designers were provided the chance to connect with 80 leading industries. The event included six workshops emphasizing creativity and technical skill development, led by industry experts.
The evening culminated in the "Turpan" fashion show, where young designers showcased their talents under the direction of Abhimanyu Singh Tomar. The program highlighted the strong connections between design education, innovation, and the industry, introducing participants to future possibilities in the design domain.
Notably, CODE, a women-led startup, is setting new standards in design education with an innovative and community-focused approach. Starting from Jaipur, CODE now operates three institutions across the country, offering 72 courses and expanding globally to Dubai. Leading in fashion, UX, interiors, and other design domains, CODE effectively bridges the gap between education and the industry. Supported by the InnovHer Startup Accelerator, CODE continues to thrive under its dedicated leadership.
