Jaipur, 27 October : The annual function and prize distribution ceremony honored the students for their achievements and immense talent during the academic year. Ojasvi Bhatia, the Head Girl of the school welcomed the distinguished guests and parents. The occasion was the annual function and prize distribution ceremony of Jayshree Periwal High School. During this, the annual report of the school was read out by Mr. Ayush Periwal, CEO of Jayshree Periwal Group of Schools. This was followed by the prize distribution ceremony. The school Chairperson, Dr. Jayshree Periwal honored the students for their exceptional achievements in academic and co-scholastic activities.
The canvas of this year’s annual day got strewn with vibrant hues by the enthralling instrumental performance of the students - "JPites in Symphony”. The annual report of the school was presented by, Mr. Ayush Periwal, the CEO, Jayshree Periwal Group of Schools aptly assisted by the Student Council. He highlighted the prominent achievements of the school during this academic year in curricular and co-curricular areas, amidst loud rooting and cheering by the parents.
 
The school Choir regaled the audience, singing in unison some very melodious numbers. It was followed by the Prize Distribution ceremony where the students were felicitated for their exceptional achievements in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities amidst resonating applause. These special trophies were a testimony for students who demonstrated exemplary leadership, innovation, and social responsibility through various school-led initiatives. The best Student’s Trophy was bagged by Nehal Sharma.
 
In her momentous address, Dr Jayshree Periwal lauded the staunch support of the parents and assured them of the school’s commitment to quality education. She commended the educators for their remarkable dedication and perseverance, urging them to continue holding hands of children at every stage on the path of success.
This year’s theme was – ‘The Icons of the World’ paying a tribute to some of the finest world leaders belonging to various walks of life. And accordingly in the most apt way, the theme dances began with the inspiring journey of our iconoclast Chairperson – Dr. Jayshree Periwal, done in the most unique manner where poetry had an ensemble with Ballet, exuding grandeur and grace.
 
The Cultural Heads of the school, Navvya, Bani, Nandini, Bhavya, Anirudh, Aditya and Apoorv proudly enunciated the milestones of Ma’am’s inspirational life.  The showman of Bollywood Raj Kapoor , Virat Kohli, Michael Jackson, Helen Keller,  William Shakespeare,  Bruce Lee were all brought live in front of the audience giving a message  never to give up and turn the smallest chance into biggest of opportunity.
 
The programme reached its crescendo with the In-house production’s the portrayal of the timeless classic - “Ramayana” which was a powerful attempt by the JPites to give the message of preservation of our culture and values, respect for women, universal love, justice and the victory of goodness over evil. The grand sets woven with technical finesse, graceful movements, flawless dialogue delivery, colourful costumes, smiling faces of the children and their dancing to the tune of lilting music made it all an enchanting experience for the parents who had come in large numbers to witness this epic.
 
The curtains on the function came down with the words of gratitude by Rishank, the Head Boy, followed by the National Anthem.
